Relationship Focus: I integrate the proven, research-backed Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 & 2 Trainings completed) to effectively address conflict, rebuild connection, and strengthen relationships in couples counselling.
Anxiety, Anger & Addiction: As a Certified Trauma-Informed Counsellor and a Certified Addiction-Informed Mental Health Professional, I provide sensitive and expert care for stress, anxiety, anger management, and complex issues related to addiction counselling and Behaviour Change.

I’m a Registered Counsellor based in Melbourne, dedicated to helping individuals and couples create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. With certifications and training in Cognitive Principle Therapy (CPT), The Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Clinical Trauma, and Addictions-Informed Mental Health, I bring an integrative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy.
I also provide evidence-based counselling and therapy services to NDIS participants who are self-managing their plan or working with a plan manager. My sessions are tailored to support your mental health and wellbeing, with flexibility for online or face-to-face appointments.
My work is grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to heal, grow, and realign with their true self, given the right space, guidance, and support.
