Refunds are not typically provided for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. However, exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the therapist. 6.1. Session Booking
Sessions can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly. A session is only confirmed once payment has been received.
6.2. Cancellations or Rescheduling
Clients must provide more than 7 days' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without incurring a cancellation fee. We will do our best to reschedule and accommodate your needs, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
